Refund Policy
- Our return, replacement and refund policy expires within seven (7) days from date of delivery on our Chummy Foods platform. Upon the expiry of the aforesaid period, we will not offer a refund or and exchange for any order placed by you.
- You herein agree that upon receipt of a purchased product from our Chummy Foods platform, you shall immediately notify us of any defect with respect to the purchased item/items within one (1) day of such receipt and shall notify us if you require a refund/exchange with respect to the purchased product. You can raise a return request by emailing us at chummyfoods@gmail.com
- Upon raising a request for a refund or an exchange, you shall provide a receipt or proof of purchase to our customer support team.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we shall inspect the same and within seven (7) days of such receipt, we shall notify you as to whether the returned product would be eligible to fall under the ambit of our return/refund/exchange policy.
- In the event the refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed and the same will be credited automatically to your original source of payment within 7 (seven) working days from the date of intimation of the approved refund by us.
- We herein warrant that the processing of the refund amount is subject to processing standards of the associated banks and other financial institutions. In the event of any delay in processing the refund amount, kindly contact your banking partner.
- In the event you do not receive the refund amount within the time period mentioned above, you may reach out to us at chummyfoods@gmail.com.
- We herein represent and warrant that products at sale or discount are not eligible for return or refund or exchange.
- We offer a full replacement for a purchased product if it is damaged in transit.
- In the event our team is satisfied that the purchased order is damaged or is eligible for a replacement, we will replace the purchased order within seven (7) days from approving your replacement request.
- Kindly note that in the event of a cancellation/refund/exchange the shipping charges applicable on your order will not be refunded.
- The approval and rejection of a refund or exchange on the Chummy Foods platform is under the complete discretion of the Chummy Foods platform alone.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations can be processed provided that the orders are cancelled before we ship the order. Customers can process any cancellation of order request by writing to us at chummyfoods@gmail.com .
The refund for a cancelled order will be processed to the original source of payment within seven (7) working days from us approving a cancellation request.
